Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.
The victim has specifically stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that it was petitioner who took her to Gaya and several other places and, therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 259 of 2016 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 280 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patnacity, Patna stands rejected.
