JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6769 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2015, only on suspicion the informant has implicated the petitioner, earlier Malti Devi was married twice with another person thereafter, she was married with the petitioner three years ago, there is no eye witness of the occurrence and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned APP opposes by submitting that the petitioner was seen fleeing away from the room wherein Malti Devi was found dead as her throat was found cut.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected.
