2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of dowry death.
4. Petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. They are separate
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53459 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against husband of the deceased who has already been released on bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 3203/2023.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Pandaul Police Station Case No. 162 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
