Petitioner is accused in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The unlawful assembly was there to erect forcibly boundary wall on the land of the others. The petitioner was identified among them and from possession of the petitioner, one licensee rifle and revolver, besides cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2016.
Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
