2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 31.03.2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 724 of 2017.

3. It has jointly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant that the dispute between the parties have been settled to maintain peace and tranquility between them, they are praying for quashing of this case and for quashing of the counter case.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, let the present Case i.e. Begusari Town P.S. Case No. 724 of 2017 and Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 723 of 2017 are hereby quashed and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the same are also hereby quashed with regard to all the accused persons in both the aforesaid cases.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai through FAX for its compliance.
