The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.163 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 354, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections3/4 of the Witchcraft Practices Prohibition Act, 1999 (Daain Act).

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners and the injury report and also considering the fact that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties, this

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.163 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
