The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019 in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411/413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement made before the police by one co-accused and that on the basis of such confession, the petitioner's shop being Puja Sangam Mobile was raided and from the same, a mobile which is alleged to have been stolen was recovered. He further submits that the said mobile had been given to him for repairing and the petitioner had no knowledge that the same was a stolen mobile.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 188/2019.
