The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No. 61/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2018.

Keeping in view the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64494 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 61/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
