JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment over the common land of the village.

This Court is of the view that the present writ petition is premature inasmuch as if any allegation is made by any person regarding encroachment of the public land, then such a person has to take recourse to the provisions contained in the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Block-Sangrampur, District-Munger for redressal of his grievances.
