Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of gang rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Araria ( Mahila) P.S.Case No. 37 of 2016, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected.
