2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Lastly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89403 of 2024.

4. In pursuance to direction of this Court dated 20.08.2025, a report with regard to present stage of trial has been received. Perusal of the trial court report reveals that the witnesses are being examined.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56126 of 2025(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 offence and progress of trial, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is rejected.

6. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2024, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
