2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher, on the basis of forged educational certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from service vide annexure P/2 to the supplementary affidavit.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of

No.54335 of 2023(3) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Madhubani/In-charge Successor Court in Madhwapur Police Station Case No. 36 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
