2. Following relief(s) have been prayed for in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ application. "1. That, the petitioner craves

2/4 indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, comman/commands directing the respondent no. 3 to dispose of Mutation Revision No. 47 of 2014 within a specified period which is pending in the Court of respondent no. 3."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner filed a case bearing Mutation Case No. 42 of 2012-13 before Anchal Adhikari Suryapura for mutating the land in his favour which was rejected on 12.05.2012 against which Mutation Appeal No. 17 of 2012-13 was filed before respondent no.4 Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Bikramganj and having heard the parties, learned Land Reforms Deputy Collector, remanded the case before Anchal Adhikari, Suryapura who was pleased to allow the mutation in part on the basis of sale deed dated 24.03.2012 standing in the name of of the petitioner. Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated 09.07.2013 passed by Anchaladhikari, Suryapura in Mutation Appeal No. 17 of 2012-13 the petitioner preferred a memo of appeal bearing Mutation Appeal No. 58 of 2013-14 before

3/4 LRDC, Bikramganj who was pleased to reject the same vide order dated 06.05.2014. Being aggrieved by the order dated 06.05.2024 passed by learned LRDC, Bikramganj in Mutation Appeal No. 58 of 2013-14, the petitioner filed a revision bearing Mutation Revision No. 47 of 2014 on 10.06.2024 before learned Additional Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram which is still pending. Learned counsel further submits that his representation along with order dated 11.02.2022 passed in BLT Case No. 196 of 2020 on 26.05.2023 before learned Additional Collector is still pending. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that his representation dated 26.05.2023 (Annexure -P5) which is still pending before Additional Collector (Respondent No. 3 herein) be disposed of within a time frame.

4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for disposal of representation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Additional Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 3 herein) is directed to consider the representation dated 26.05.2023 (Annexure -P5) of the petitioner and dispose of the same after perusing the documents filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass reasoned and speaking order in accordance

4/4 with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
