2. This application has been filed to direct the respondent authorities for removing the encroachment from the public land situated in Mauja- Bagha Kusmar, Khata No. 1515, Khesra No. 1533 (old), 2181 (new) which has been encroached by the respondent no. 2nd set.

3. The petitioner is directed to move before the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.11652 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 Officer, Khutana Block, Madhubani for removal of alleged encroachment.

4. If the Circle Officer, Khutana Block, Madhubani finds any substance in the allegation of the petitioner, he will start encroachment proceedings and decide the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
