JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This modification petition has been filed for modification of address of the petitioner, who has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 09.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30901 of 2016.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was remanded in Akbar Nagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016 and the concerned investigating officer gave the address of Naihar of the petitioner but when Cr. Misc. No. 30901 of 2016 was filed, the address of matrimonial home of the petitioner was given in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38511 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/3 title cause. It is further submitted that aforesaid defect was detected when petitioner intended to furnish bail bonds before the concerned court in the light of order dated 09.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30901 of 2016.

From perusal of record of Cr. Misc. No. 30901 of 2016, it would appear that in title cause of aforesaid petition, the address of the petitioner has been given as wife of Naresh Muwhiya Resident of Village Simapur P.S. Barari, District Bhagalpur and now, petitioner wants to modify her address as Wife of Naresh Sahni, Daughter of Manchan Sahni, Resident of Village Tinghariya, P.S. Kursela, District Katihar. In view of the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances, petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in title cause of Cr. Misc. No. 30901 of 2016 within course of the day and similarly, in title cause of order dated 09.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30901 of 2016, the name of petitioner be read as Pushpa Devi, Wife of Naresh Sahni, Daughter of Manchan Sahni, Resident of Village Tinghariya, P.S. Kursela, District Katihar in place of Pushpa Devi, Wife of Naresh Muwhiya Resident of Village Simapur P.S. Barari, District Bhagalpur and accordingly, the above stated order dated 09.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30901 of 2016 stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38511 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 3/3 modified to the above stated extent.

In the aforesaid manner, this modification petition stands disposed of.
