2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

4. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and is in custody since 11.05.2022.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
