Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and the fardbeyan of the informant appears to be her dying declaration again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.case No. 751 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
