Patna High Court CWJC No.7105 of 2017(5) dt.16-02-2026 2/2 on compassionate ground. Further prayer has been made for quashing the letter dated 5.5.2017 issued under the signature of the Dy. Commandant for Sr. Commandant, C.I.S.F. Unit KOPT, Kolkata.
