The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 287 of 2007 registered for the offence under Sections-420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is admitted case of the prosecution that informant's brother purchased Sim from the shop of the petitioner but subsequently, it was detected that 9 sims have also been issued in the name of informant's brother, using forged and fabricated documents.

Police investigated the matter and having found accusation untrue against the petitioner, submitted final form but the concerned court took cognizance for the offence against

Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 287 of 2007 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jehanabad subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
