Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.2.2016 in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and in that course also pressed her neck with an intent to commit her murder as the petitioner wanted to marry with her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind that there is nothing on record to show that informant had sustained any injury, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sema Eram, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Phulwari Sarif P.S. Case no. 104/2016.
