The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the basis of forged and fabricated certificate, the petitioner was appointed as Special Survey Amin. It is submitted that as soon as petitioner came to know about his forged certificate he resigned from the said post prior to the lodging of the present case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52940 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S.
