2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barabar Paryatak P.S. Case No. 17 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 325, 354, 379, 307, 448, 504, 506 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was cooking food in her home and other family members were working in the khalihan, co-accused Akash Yadav entered in her house and started misbehaving with her. When the informant protested, he thrashed her on the ground. Thereafter, the family members of the informant went to the house of the co-accused Akash Yadav to warn him, thereupon the petitioners and other accused persons
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53464 of 2023(3) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 assaulted the informant and her family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and the defense side has also lodged a case for the same day occurrence against prosecution side. The members of the defense side fired at the petitioner No. 1, he became injured and in this case he has filed a separate case.
5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that one injured Kanchan Yadav has suffered grievous injury. Though, there is no allegation against the petitioners to assault Kanchan Yadav.
6. Considering these facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedents of the petitioners, let them, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Barabar Paryatak P.S. Case No. 17 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
