Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Accusation is of assaulting the informant and his son and abusing them by calling their caste name for petty dispute.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 18.02.2015 at 4.00 P.M. the First Information Report was registered on 19.02.2015 at 4.30 P.M. The informant and his son have received superficial

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that on conclusion of investigation Final Form has been submitted and petitioners have been charge-sheeted. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
