The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Avinash Kumar. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
