The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her daughter went to attend the call of nature but she became traceless. The informant came to know that Amit Mandal, Bipin Mandal and Usha Devi kidnapped his daughter. It is submitted that the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence. The petitioner is the mother of Amit Mandal and Bipin Mandal. The petitioner has got no knowledge about the kidnapping. There was a love affair between Amit Mandal and the daughter of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period
