KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 26-09-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): "(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions commanding upon respondent authorities for payment of compensation amount of Rs.10,000,00/- (Ten lacs) as high tension power distribution line (11 KV) has been established over plot no. 3259, over which petitioner's house is built and around 100 of Sagwan trees were standing which has been cut by respondent authorities. Further the 11 KV kline has also been established over Plot no. 3248 and 3112 damaging the standing crop of wheat and in
Patna High Court CWJC No.13781 of 2022(3) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 future also there would not be any cultivation as wide area has been covered for erection of electric towers. All three plots belong to petitioner situated at village Maulanagar, P.S.- Atri, District - Gaya.
