The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that besides suspicion, there is nothing against this petitioner. There is no allegation in the written report. In case diary also none of the witnesses has taken the name of this petitioner.
Learned A.P.P after going through the case diary submitted that besides suspicion, there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. The informant raised suspicion that this petitioner has killed his son.
The petitioner is said to be in custody since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53782 of 2016 (4) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 22.09.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S.
