2. The present application has been filed:

for initiating the contempt proceeding against the contemnors/Opposite Parties for their willful disobedience to the order dated 14.09.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy in C.W.J.C.No 8775 of 2019 whereby and whereunder it has been ordered that the petitioner will prefer a comprehensive appeal within a period of eight weeks from today alongwith copy of the order and if such an appeal is preferred within the

Patna High Court MJC No.2500 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 stipulated period the same shall be considered by the appellate authority and an appropriate /reasoned order be passed within a period of six months.

3. Show cause of the opposite party no. 4 and 5 has come which clearly shows that the appeal has been allowed and necessary directions have been given.

4. In that background, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the matter.

5. The MJC No. 2500 of 2024 is disposed of.
