1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act in connection with Lakhisarai Complaint Case No.73C of 2022.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2 at the outset submits that he has instruction not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner as the dispute in between the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 has been resolved amicably.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No.2, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Complaint Case No.73C of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
5. The application stands allowed.
