2. It is submitted by referring to the said supplementary show-cause filed on behalf of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna that now the informant has stood examined and cross-examined.

3. It is also informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the witnesses of the prosecution have stood examined, however some time may be fixed for the purposes of conclusion of the pending trial in connection with Sessions Trial No.516 of 2021, arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No.359 of 2020.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the learned Court of District & Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Patna City, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.516 of 2021, arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No.359 of 2020 to conclude the trial preferably within six months from today.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
