Petitioners apprehend arrest in Araria Police Station Case No 367 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 406, 420, 120B of Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of the fact that there is nothing on record to show that actual sales were not made by the petitioners of the agricultural apparatus and the fact that no farmers have made any complaint, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, that Rani Kumari @ Rani Devi, named accused, has been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 23.08.2017 passed in Cr Misc No 34941 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65638 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 The petitioners are at best coordinators who have a limited role of informing the farmers regarding the benefits of the scheme which they avail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners above named shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria Police Station Case No 367 of 2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
