JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-09-2025 In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):

"(I) To direct the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the land in question bearing Thana No.34, Khata No.39, Plot No.102, area 03 decimal, Mauza Kadirpur, AnchalBarun, District-Aurangabad and the nature of land Gairmazarua Government.

(II) To direct the respondent authority to provide the drainage to flow the waste water from the house of local co-villagers which was

(IV) To direct the respondent authority for issuance of writ in nature of certiorari or any appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction."

2. In support of the aforementioned relief(s), the petitioner is stated to have filed representation/application on 10.07.2025, vide Annexure-P/5 to the writ petition.

3. The concerned authority (Respondent no.3-The Circle Officer, Barun, Aurangabad) is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance and redress the same strictly in accordance with law. In this regard, necessary orders shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of such orders.

4. Accordingly, instant writ petition stands disposed of.
