Considering the period of detention since 25.10.2016 in consonance with the allegation so attributed by the informant, the victim, with regard to teasing at the end of the petitioner and further, having chargesheet submitted, petitioner, Kartik Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss. Shema Eram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P. S. Case no.442 of 2016, with a condition that petitioner will not allure, coerce or threat to the informant and in case so complained, the learned lower Court will be quite competent to cancel the bail bond.
