The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have pickpocketted Rs. 305 from the possession of the informant and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in GRP P.S.
