The petitioner is accused in connection with Chhatapur P. S. Case No. 156/2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has been implicated on suspicion due to political rivalry. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Charge has already been framed in the case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 02.06.2016.
