The petitioners seek bail in Kudra P.S. Case No. 373 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 596, 354A & B and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner No. 1 has also lodged case against the father and brother of the informant vide Kudra P.S. Case No. 374 of 2018. The instant case has been filed due to dispute with regard to vacating the shop. In the written report there is general and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65593 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 allegation against the petitioners that on the date of occurrence they tried to outrage the modesty of the informant. Petitioners are said to be in custody since 1.9.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Kudra P.S.
