The Petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No.132 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399 and 402 Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that one cartridge has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, who is in custody since 27.09.2016.

Keeping in view the period of custody, let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.356 of 2017 (2) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 Danapur, Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.132 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
