BADAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 The applicant/accused in Crime No. 158 of 2016 registered with Malsalami Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 20,22, 25 and 25(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act, by this application is seeking his release on bail during course of the trial.

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant/accused, who press for bail in the instant case. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Vide order dated 21.03.2018, the coordinate Bench of this Court has already rejected the bail application of the applicant on merit. Hence, the said order cannot be reviewed by this Court.

Perused the letter sent by the learned trial Court for extension of three months time for finishing of the trial.

No.10390 of 2021(3) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 The time as prayed is granted to the learned trial Court for disposal of the trial considering the reasons stated by the learned trial Court. The trial be finished as early as possible and within three months from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation, this application for grant of bail stands rejected.

The applicant to remove all office objections forthwith and the Registry to issue the certified copy of this order only after removal of office objections by the applicant/accused.
