This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Saharghat P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 341, 323, 324, 307, 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9513 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner nos.1 and 2, above named. Since petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5 are ladies, their application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., II, Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Saharghat P.S.
