Petitioner is accused in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C.

This is a case of land dispute, in which case and counter case was filed by the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries. It is also submitted that in the counter version, the accused persons have already been granted bail by the Court below. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 09.09.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on
