The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 279,338,353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Liquor was recovered from a four-wheeler and the petitioner was allegedly seen while fleeing from there. Submission is that the petitioner has no concern with the said vehicle. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
