This application is for restoration of Cr. Revision No.160 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 10.05.2019 as no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is stated in the petition that on that day learned counsel for the petitioner was ill. Hence, he could not appear. Since sufficient reason is disclosed in the petition, the dismissal of the criminal revision by the aforesaid order is hereby set aside and the same is restored to its original file. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
