2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the petitioner is accused of committing rape but from examining the F.I.R., counter case and the statement of the daughter of the victim, this case appears to be doubtful.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 17.03.2024.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
