2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: I) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the arrear of salary to the petitioner for the period of April, 1997 to February, 2017 of Rs.

16,79,175/- including the interest at the rate of 18% per annum on the amount of arrear.

II) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.13744 of 2022 dt.06-05-2024 2/3 authorities to pay arrear of P.F. of Rs.

1,90,240/- to the petitioner for the period of April, 1997 to February, 2017 including the interest at the rate of 18% per annum on the amount of P.F. arrear.

III) For grant of any other relief(s) for which the petitioner would be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and also perusing the contents of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara (respondent no.4), but till date, nothing was done nor any information in this regard has been given to him.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4 along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no.4 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
