The learned counsel for the petitioners in view of the specific pleadings made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State at para-10 submits that it has been pleaded that now a decision has been taken to widen the road to four lane instead of two lane and the decision is pending, as such the writ application is premature.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to move in accordance with law before an appropriate forum, if need
