JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is maternal father-in-law. There is allegation of commission of death for dowry.

Submission of the petitioner is that the elder brother of the husband of the victim and his wife have already been allowed anticipatory in this case in Cr. Misc. No. 54921 of 2016 by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The allegation against the petitioner is on better footing.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, or successor Court.
