Petitioner seeks bail in Sikandara P.S. Case No.128 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 506, 504/34 Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, there is specific allegation against co-accused, Munna Singh, of causing fire arm injury in the head of the informant. It is further alleged that this petitioner also made firing, but it passed from near the informant. Learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that informant has sustained one injury on occipital region caused by fire arm. As per written report, aforesaid injury has been attributed to co-accused-Munna Singh.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66229 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui, in connection with Sikandara P.S. Case No.128 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
