ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by the learned counsel for the BSFC.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No.172/15 for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case he is facing charge of misappropriation of Rs.8772250.45. He further submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to deposit 20% of the alleged defalcated amount as stated in the F.I.R.

No.36722 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Supaul, in Supaul P.S. case No.172 of 2015 (G.R. No.593/15) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and the petitioner shall deposit 20% amount within a period of eight months from today.
