06 litres of countrymade wine has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.06.2016, without having criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Bijli Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-5th , East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakari Deyal P.
