The petitioners, namely, Siya Saran Yadav and Pankaj Kumar, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his father. Four cut injuries were found on head and other parts of the body of Manoj Kumar and two cut injuries were found on the person of the informant. Of course, there is a counter-version but it appears from the perusal of the injury report of the petitioner and Shiv Kumari Devi, wife of petitioner no. 2, that they got simple pain and abrasion, but the injuries by sharpedged weapon were inflicted on the person of the informant and his father.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34887 of 2015 (3) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 150/2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
